The Labyrinth is an ancient way of walking prayer and meditation.  This quiet day is designed for people who have never walked a labyrinth as well as for those who are already familiar with it.   Instruction will be provided for first-time walkers.

You are encouraged to bring a journal.

The Quiet Day will be held in Zabriskie Hall.

We will be using a canvas labyrinth which is typically walked in stocking feet.
